Jürgen Maier, CEO and co-owner of KOCH Solutions GmbH, has played a key role in the re-establishment and strategic direction of the company. He inherited his entrepreneurial mindset from his family and brings decades of experience from robust industrial sectors, where he previously held senior leadership positions. Drawing on his international expertise, he leads KOCH Solutions with a clear focus on strategy, growth, and innovation — ensuring that our global projects are delivered sustainably, reliably, and with strong customer orientation to create lasting value.

Cyrill Reidelstürz
Chief Financial Officer KOCH Group
Cyrill Reidelstürz is Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of KOCH Solutions, leading the group’s finance function and ensuring robust financial governance, transparent reporting, and strategic value creation across all entities. As an authorized signatory for KOCH Solutions and its Projects and Service companies, he supports sound decision-making and sustainable growth. He brings several years of international CFO experience, including a prior CFO role at Greencells Group where he helped steer rapid expansion and financing initiatives. Cyrill stands for analytical, pragmatic leadership and a clear focus on profitability, risk management, and long-term customer value.

Markus Scholtes
Director Operations KOCH Group
Markus Scholtes, Director Operations at KOCH Solutions, is responsible for the reliable execution of our global projects and the continuous development of our operational organization. With a strong background in project and operations management in the engineering and mining/bulk materials handling environment, he ensures that strategy is translated into day-to-day delivery excellence. Mr. Scholtes stands for structured processes, clear accountability, and close cross-functional collaboration — always with a sharp eye on quality, HSE, schedule and cost performance. As an authorized signatory of KOCH Solutions and its group entities, he also supports the company’s sustainable growth with a pragmatic, results-driven leadership approach focused on long-term customer value.

Thorsten Treis
Managing Director KOCH Service
Thorsten Treis started his career after graduation with diploma as industrial engineer at BU Materials Handling of thyssenkrupp and could deep dive into various departments and global locations of the tk-enterprise to gain the DNA of the global Mining and Materials Handling business. Followed by multiple years as leader of a Service Center and Industrial Service units he had the chance to learn and understand what the essential strategy for Service is all about. As our nowadays Managing Director of the KOCH Service entity the satisfaction of best in class Service for our customers worldwide is the main target that he and his team are working for day by day.

Paul Jackson
CEO KOCH Australia
Paul Jackson, CEO Australia (KSAU), is leading the re-establishment of KOCH Solutions as an integrated OEM in Australia and has played a key role in the development of the strategic direction of the company for Australia. He brings over 30 years of multi-commodity experience in developing and operating in the mining sector, where he previously held senior global leadership positions. Drawing on that international expertise, but thinking locally, he leads KOCH Solutions Australia with a clear focus on strategy, growth, sustainability and innovation — ensuring that the business delivers for our existing customers reliably and continues to generate ongoing and lasting value from its significant installed capacity and future projects.
