Loading and unloading is where throughput is won or lost. Slow cycles back up trucks and hold trains at the station; every minute of delay carries cost. At the same time, transfer is where material degrades, dust escapes, and people work closest to moving equipment.

STATION
Empty a loaded wagon, or more, in a single rotation. At the heart of the station, the KOCH rotary wagon tippler clamps and turns full railcars to discharge dry bulk in seconds — feeding the plant at a controlled, continuous rate while the next wagon indexes into position. No manual handling: high reception throughput, gentle on the wagon, and dust-contained from clamp to hopper.
